Payment Policy

No payment is required at the time of booking, but we do require credit card details to secure your booking. Your credit card will not be processed until you arrive or if the cancellation policy applies.

 

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change for some reason, we do understand, and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Failure to advise us may incur a charge. We require 48 hours notice of a cancellation, or a charge of one night's accommodation may be made if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up at all may incur a charge of one night's accommodation. Any change to a confirmed reservation on, or within 48 hours of your arrival may incur a charge.

 

Child Policy

Children under age of 2 years or less are free if extra bedding is not required. Any child requiring extra bedding will be charged at the extra person rate.
Baby cots and high chairs are available on request. An extra charge may apply.

 

Other

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in all units. If smoke is detected inside a unit there will be a charge to restore the unit to it's non-smoking status.

Tariff / Loss/ Damage Policy
The tariff quoted is for the unit only and any damage to room furnishings and fixtures or theft of motel property will be charged for.

Visitor / Noise Policy
Visitors are welcome, however visitors are required to depart by 10pm, and out of respect for other guests we request that noise is kept to a minimum after this time also.

Bedding Requests
Bedding configurations are on a request basis only and subject to availability. Whilst we will do our best to meet your requirements, we cannot guarantee your requested bed type.
